Technical Secretary
Attendance of the participants
The technical secretary will be located on the ground floor, Sheraton Tower entrance. During the Congress, the Technical Secretariat will be in charge, among others, of the following functions:
• Documentation delivery.
• Registration.
• Attendance to the speakers and committee members.
• Registration for social events and Hands-on Workshops.

Important information
  • The Technical Secretariat will be situated in the Sheraton Tower entrance.
  • The documentation can be received at the Technical Secretariat from Monday, November 10 from 3.00 pm. Please, after receiving it, check out if you have all the documents on your name.
  • The Congress participants must have their accreditation card in a visible place to access the venue and the scientific sessions.
  • Mobile phones must remain in silent mode in all rooms with scientific activities.
  • Any variation of the official program or novelty that may arise will be announced in a timely manner through the Technical Secretariat itself.
  • Showing to the auxiliary staff the invitations or tickets of any act will be obligatory to be able to access all the social acts that require it.
  
Submission of the presentations
Presentations must be made in the presentation room on the ground floor, in the room called. Presentations must be submitted at least 4 hours before the start of your session. It is advisable to submit your presentations (on a USB stick) as soon as you arrive at the venue, even if your presentation is not until the following day.

Access to the program activities
Congress participants must carry their accreditation card in a visible place to access the scientific sessions.

Access to social events
The inaugural cocktail on November 11 and the Poster, Cheese & Wine on November 13 (prior confirmation required at the technical secretariat when picking up your accreditation) are included in your registration.
If you wish to participate in the karaoke on November 12 and/or the dinner on November 14, you must sign up for it in your private area, and places are VERY LIMITED.

Certificates
All certificates will be available by accessing the "Private area" section on the Congress website in the "My certificates" section.
• Abstract certificate: They can be downloaded through your “Private Area” on the Congress’s website.
• Certificate of collaboration: They will be available for speakers one week after the end date of the Congress.
